This was a great experience with 1221 HVAC and Corey ! Corey came out the same day I called with a leak problem and serviced my HeatPump/AC unit . His communication was exceptional, and very pleasant. I really appreciated that since I don't know the first thing about HVAC troubles .  He repaired what was wrong in roughly an hour . I had condensation on one of the walls from AC during hot days. Had this issue for two years. Called couple HVAC companies,  techs came, charged for coming and didn't even identify the problem. Corey was a pleasure to work with. He is a professional with solid information that he imparted in a way that made it easy to understand the  problem with my destroyed air conditioner. I had a problem with my gas heater during the recent, extremely cold weather. Corey was highly recommended to troubleshoot this issue. He made time in his schedule to address the matter promptly. I was also impressed with his kindness and the consideration he showed when coming into my my home since the snow outside was still everywhere!
